Beginners are welcome. Instruction is adapted to age and experience, with demonstrations and partner practice that build skills step by step.

Tuesday: Kids ages 4–10 at 4:30 PM; ages 11+ and adults at 5:30 PM. Thursday: All-Ages Judo at 4:30 PM. See our Schedule page for current sessions.

What should I bring? Contact us for uniform guidance before your first visit. Arrive 10–15 minutes early for the waiver; minors need a parent or guardian signature.
